BEWARE ! Ozzies does not complete work on tine, then lies about getting authorization for the several days delay. Ozzies also OVERCHARGES for labor, and tells the customer that they don't know anything about flat-rate labor billing. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! more

I went to Ozzie's many years ago when they were located in downtown Loveland. I was not pleased with how I was handled as a customer back than. However, I just had to have some work done to my van a few weeks ago and something changed. I think they must be under new management of ownership because my experience there was much, much, much better than the one I had years ago. They have really turned it around...GOOD JOB! more
