Owens Collision and Service Center

I had my Mustang at Owens for repairs after someone backed into it. They handled everything and after 2 weeks I got it back as if nothing had ever happened to it. I was very pleased :) more

I had my lexus at Owens for repair. I used my insurance that ive had for years thinking it would be a breeze....... NO, I was stressing out. Owens took control and handled everything for me. I never had any problems. My car was delivered clean and fixed to my standards. I am VERY HAPPY! more

A total rip off, brought my car in to get a esimate and they came back with a cost of $8,000. The car was worth $9,000. When I told them I was going to have it towed to another place they said they were going to charge me $1,200 for the estimate and storage fees. They said they would waive the fees if I would just sign the title over to them. I felt I had no choice and did it.\r 2 months later the same car was in front of their business with a for sale sign on it. Selling price was $9,500.\r Nothing but a racket! more

These guys are dedicated to making sure the vehicle is fixed right! They make sure that you get the right parts and go the distance to fight the battle for you. I will reccomend them to anyone! more

I am shocked at how bad Owens Collision is!!! Not only did they not repair my car right but it was like pulling teeth dealing with them. They had my car for over a month to do minnor repair that they told me in the begin would only take a week. After a week went by I called to find out what was up and why my car was not done. As soon as I asked whats the deal the woman on the phone, who is Greg Owens wife when in to total BITCH mode and started talking down to me and saying that it was my fault it was taking long than they told me. I was speechless that instead of a straight answer or even a lame excuse they went straight to blaming me for their delay in fixing my car. At this point it had been over a week of being in the shop and I was told they had not even started to work on it, I was PISSED. I told them I was going to take my car back and bring it somewhere else. When I told them this the EVIL came out from Owens Collision. The witch lady on the phone said that I could pick up my car but I would have a charge of $500 ?Holding Fee? the cost of the repair only $700!!! They had not even worked on my car at this point!!!! I was like NO thats crazy that I would have to pay them to lie to me and do nothing on my car. Then to top it off they told me that they were going to decline to do the work and that I had to pay the $500 fee before they would release my car to me. They pulled a dirty under handed move to just get money from me! I am a school teacher and I dont just have extra money just laying around. I had to borrow money from my parents to pay the stupid fee they imposed on me. Once getting it back I took my car to Champs on Siegen Lane and not only did they do the work in under a week they did it for less that Owens. After do some research it turns out that what Owens did was 100% legal and if I would of gotten a lawyer they could of got my car for them. But here is the kicker, Owens know that a lawyer would cost more than paying their ?Fee?. So Owens game is to nickel and dime your money from you. I call it STEALING!!!! Bottom line Owens Collision is the scum of the earth and will screw you any way they can. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never go there and tell all you friends and love one never to go there. I regret going there. Greg Owens is a dirty under handed business man who does not care about hurting people. After dealing with him it would not surprise me if he finds humor at the thought of his customers pain. more

Please do not take you car to this shop. He will make you sign a repair authorization that makes you legally liable for defense costs associated with litigation involving your repair. That means if you sue him, you have to pay for his lawyer. Then he charges whatever he likes to fix your car. Forget reasonable and customary! They gouge the insurance companies! That's the real reason for his ad campaign! more

I have been using Owens for both my vehicle, my family and all of my friends. They always do an outstanding job of doing what is best for me, NOT the insurance company! The staff is knowledgeable, honest and very helpful and accommodating. After over 12 years of being a customer, and a quite repetitive one at that, I would never trust my vehicle anywhere else! more

This is a first class collision shop...no aftermarket parts. They work for the customer not the insurance company. Wonderful Work...very nice people too. Very clean place and very helpful! more

Brought my car there to have the bumper fixed after a wreck i had. When I got my car back the paint was a different color and was not even put on right, it was hanging off one side. When I ask them about it they told be that I was wrong and that the color matched and the bumper was on straight. It was only till after I threatened to sue them in small claims court that they said they would fix it. They are RUDE, ANGRY, NEVER ONCE SHOWED THAT THEY CARED ABOUT MY CAR OR DOING IT RIGHT. NEVER will I go there and never will I tell anyone else to go there. STAY AWAY!!!!!! more

Owen's was an absolute nightmare to deal with. My vehicle was damaged by Owen's and a call was not placed in order to inform me of the incurred damage. They attempted to hide it, until I made a surprise visit to check on the vehicle. Owen's does not deal well with their customers or insurance companies. They are very rude, and the customer is the least of their concerns. Phone calls were not returned and repairs were not done correctly. They are liars. Avoid at all costs. more

I have had Owens Collision work on numerous vehicles over the last 8 years and I've been very please with all their work. They have kept all my vehicles and my employees looking good after a crash and they mechanics have kept them running even when it seemed thay had a wheel ready to fall off. Their facilities are good looking and very complete. Pros: Excellent service, great mechanics and good body work. Cons: Can't think of any. more

Owens is the worst place I have ever been to. They scratched my truck and then yelled at me about that they didn't but then when I showed them the scratch it was clear as a bell that there was a fresh scratch 8 inches long on the part of my car that they just painted. To top it off I dropped my car off there on Monday heard some very bad things about them from Allstate and Enterprise car rental. With hearing all the bad stuff about Owens I then went over to take my car back from them, which they had only had it for 2 hours they wanted to charge me $125 holding fee cause they ""ordered parts"" for a repair that did not need any parts. They are liars, cheaters and thieves. I will never go there again and I will warn my friends and enemies to never do business with them. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Pros: There is nothing good about Ownes Collision Cons: They will tell you anything to cheat you out of your money more

I had a very unpleasant experience with this repair shop. There were multiple mistakes made by their business office and the business manager and service manager were anything but nice. I do not recommend this repair shop. I will NEVER go back! more
