the phone number listed is not a working number. very disappointing. calling on behalf of jailed inmates that have lost everything because of the length of jail time for traffic violations. The Virginia Beach City Jail lets you out the front door with no money in your pockets. It is a few miles to civilization and then what? If you don't have any friends to call, you are HOMELESS.
