Price was reasonable 12/13/2010

Booked this motel for our trip to Glacier. Price was reasonable, and room was comfortable and quiet. A nearby gas station made this motel very convenient. more

Extra pillows, delicious room service, a fine pool to enjoy laps of exercise; a hard-working couple couldn't ask for more. There is no crowd and the staff is kind and thoughtful. All of our needs were met, and best of all, we slept well! more

As advertised 12/7/2010

My room was good and as advertised. Lots of people at front desk every day with issues and complaints. Pool chained and padlocked at 9pm not open till 8-10 am. Served breakefast was good. Small food selection. Good juice and water servings. Milk in large class. Friendly staff. My issues were handled fast and to my satisfaction. My rate was low as booked via Expedia. Rates quoted to others were HIGHER!. more

Loved the convenience 11/19/2010

The Outlaw Hotel obviously was once a grand place with lots of action. It still has lots of action, a spa and indoor pool and a couple restaurants on the premises. We had a delightful time and loved the convenience of having everything we needed. It wasn't that busy when we first arrived, but got pretty busy by the weekend. It was great and I would recommend the Outlaw to anyone more

We booked a room at the Outlaw not expecting much, infact we were slightly worried as there are so many poor reviews. It was the cost per night that was so appealling as all we wanted was a place to stay for one night. When we got there there was only a smoking room with 2 beds available so the girl at the desk let us check the room out before we checked in. As we have a little baby we declined the smkoing room as it obviously smelled like smoke. She then quickly went to see if another non-smoking room was clean that she could put us in - we had a room within 10 minutes. It was actually not that bad. It was clean, everything worked and it was safe. They were very accomodating even though they were short staffed. The front desk person ended up getting us a crib for room. Beds aren't overally comfortable, if you prefer a softer bed like we do. Paid more money for hotels that have been worse, I will not name them. more

Clean, everything worked 10/1/2010

When we got there there was only a smoking room with 2 beds available so the girl at the desk let us check the room out before we checked in. As we have a little baby we declined the smoking room as it obviously smelled like smoke. Exceeded our expectation 9/23/2010

The room was comfortable and clean and room amenities exceeded our expectation. The Staff were exceptional! To a person, everyone was cheerful, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and professional. It is rare to find such professional quality at all levels of staff. The hot breakfast on real china was marvelous. more

all new, all clean 9/15/2010

We checked in - after reading all your horrible reviews -. Girl at desk was so kind,but alone, so couldn't show us our room, but offered to give us one of the new refurbished ones. We took it -- all new, all clean - no bed bugs -we checked after hearing about all the infestation in Canada and the U.S. -carpets all new. Ground floor - for 2 seniors- Couldn't have asked for a nicer place. Hey - we have travelled the world-Europe,Australia, N.W., Cook Is., Fiji, Amazon area, and have never had a better place to stay. Desk clerks couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Yes, we had to wait, but one person can't handle all - not her fault. more

Extra mile 9/10/2010

Our reservation, made with a discount outlet online, was not in the hotel's system, but the staff compensated by giving us a room with two beds near the pool. They also recommended good restaurants nearby. more
