I had both Grame (spelling?) the plumber and Jeff the electrician out. Both were professional and friendly. There was an issue with the install, however it was resolved to my satisfaction. more

They where very polite they wore there shoe covers and even cleaned their mess up once they was complete with the work. We got a 40% discount special deal from Angie’s List for furnace tune-up. The person I dealt with seemed to know what he was doing. He came over and did the work. He checked two furnaces and maintained professionalism throughout. He was very pleasant. The price was good too. We have never had any problems with them. We are very happy with their service. more

The service tech arrived on time and performed the services expected. I would give this company A ratings except for one very annoying thing: The tech not only put his company's sticker on the furnace, but he put one on the hot water tank, which was not part of the service, and one on the electrical panel, which was also not part of the service. If you don't have any problems with large advertising stickers that are difficult to remove placed on your home, then you will probably be happy with this company. I'm not. And I won't use them again. more

OutToday. Com was fast and accurate. I called Day and Night, and this was the group that came out. Under the cabinet there was an air gap between the dish washer and the garbage disposal, it had been ripped out by someone, and they fixed that. They also looked at the hot water heater's leak and found an easy way to fix it. They finally got our hot water running. They were very clean and neat. more

Rodney from OutToday.Com came out and gave me an estimate on a Sunday. I was happy with the quote so he sent his crew back on Monday to start work. His crew arrived on time and were very presentable. They got right to work and handled themselves professionally. They were hard-working and knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up again on Tuesday and Wednesday. I was a little upset with the crew on Tuesday because they showed up a few hours later than they had said they would, which threw the day off a bit and kept them there into the early evening. But honestly, I'm really happy with the work they did do so I can't knock them too much. I also thought the equipment they used was high quality. They sent out an electrician and he offered up different suggestions and even offered to dig a trench to hide some of the wires and pipes. I just thought that was so impressive. I thought his honesty was great and refreshing. more

My experience with OutToday.Com has been good. The salesperson was helpful, though there were a few other things I think he might have brought up for us, like convection floors and options for the water heater to accommodate that. Right now I'm not sure if I should call the service office or what, but the water heater is not keeping up with the two of us taking a shower at the same time. Also, I didn't expect the vents they put in the kitchen to be so deep in the floor, like, they could be closer to the walls, and I was really disappointed about that. The furnace is nice though. I didn't understand and I'm still learning how to control it, so there's a bit of a learning curve there I guess. Everybody was very professional and timely, and they appeared to work cleanly and effectively I guess. I think one guy got the wrong parts sent out for the furnace, so that was pretty frustrating for him. He had to stay longer because of it, but that didn't really affect us so much, it was just frustrating for him. The only other thing worth mentioning was that when they were cleaning the ducts I expected them to use a brush, but they just vacuumed; that surprised me as well. more

The service OutToday.Com provided was excellent. I couldn't believe how quickly they were available to come out. The electrician who came out, was very congenial and professional. He took time to explain to me what was going on and what he was going to do. They provided an all around good experience. more

Half of our power went out, and when we called OutToday.Com Plumbing Heating & Electrical they came out within 2 hours. They checked everything out right away and told us what needed to be done, as well as giving an estimate. The electrician came out the next day. It took him 2 days to put everything in because he had to special order the living room heater. When I asked him to bring something to lock up the fuse box so that my 4 year old grandson couldn't get in, he was really good about it. He brought me a special fuse box and lock in order to insure that my grandson, who really likes to get into things, would be safe. Both the electrician and the guy who came out the first day were very friendly. OutToday.Com Plumbing Heating & Electrical said that they will come out twice a year to check everything out in order to make sure it is working. They drain the water heater, and do everything that is needed, to maintain the 10 year warranty. more
