Freakin Awesome 2/6/2015

First let me say these people are truly amazing. Customer service beyond compare. I was stuck with a car compliments of another dealer who basically screwed me over. I was unhappy and had negative equity in a car I had less than a month. Went to Bowie and explained the situation. After being told no by so many other dealers I was ready to give up. However, Linux and Anya were amazing. They really worked with me. I'm serious and the finance department was amazing also with the numbers. I had my 3 year old son and they gave him cookies and Linux brought him McDonalds. My son was telling the salesman batman stories and they were so nice about it. They got me in to my new car which I love. Hyundai Elantra Limited and kept me within my budget. Linux even got my son a birthday present and this was weeks after I brought the car. Customer Service beyond. I am so happy Anya convinced me to come in. Everyone there is so nice. Smooth process from the time I stepped in the door and even after. Amazing people. My son always wants to go back and visit Mr. Linux. Trust me if you want good customer service and people who care. Go here. They are amazing! They got a loyal customer for life. Seriously. more

Shocked at the lack of effort and terrible customer service 4/12/2013

Wow these guys are pathetic. Is it because it's Hyundai or Bowie? Can't tell. First time at a Hyundai dealership and it's clear these guys cater to a different crowd. Brian Smith and Michael Harrington need to get a grasp on what customer service is. Came in for some intermittent electrical issues on my vehicle under warranty and after a very quick look over they came back and said without proof, they couldn't do anything. I said it was intermittent, they said it didn't matter. I said I took video of it with my cell phone last time it happened, they said it didn't matter. I said a previous repair was done on this exact same issue on this car previously under warranty and it's now reoccurring, they said...... it didn't matter. Not sure how much they heard because I was interrupted each time and I just about lost it and left. They did nothing to attempt to resolve the issue, and just tried to push the problem away. Just because you're back logged doesn't give anyone an excuse to be short with your customers. Hyundai is improving their image dramatically, but it's clear they'll never truly compete with the real brands as long as they have these knuckleheads as employees. more

This was one of my best experiences purchasing a vehicle. I was really impressed. Came in around 6:00 pm was out my 8:30 pm. I think I'm a customer for life. more

The man that helped us decide on our car was Will (unsure of last name off top of my head) - but he was truly one of the nicest people i have ever met. He was great and so professional but friendly in a way that was unexpected - he has called 3 times since to be sure we didnt have any questions or concerns with the car. He went above and beyond his job to be sure we got exactly what we wanted in our purchase. more

Competent and helpful 8/1/2011

Kevin H. was a great salesperson to deal with. Everyone that I met was friendly, competent, and helpful. I felt like I was in a "small town" dealership where everyone know everyone else - not like I was just someone with a dollar sign tatooed on my forehead (a lot of the bigger area dealers are like that). It was a great experience, I'm extremely happy with my new Elantra Limited and look forward to returning to the dealership for my servicing, etc., even though it is some distance from my home. more

Thought I got a good fair price for the car. Worked with several salesperson all of whom were extremely helpful. Also met and worked with Sales manager Art who also was very friendly and upfront. I do not live near this dealership, I actually travel ove an hour to get there but felt it was worth the drive. I enjoyed my buyng experience and have recommended folks to come to this dealership. If considering another Hyundai, I would come back. more

I stopped by the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change. The service person was very nice and informative. He was able to change my oil without making an appointment and had my car back to me within 30 minutes. more

The place for me 7/18/2011

I like the ability to drop in and have basic maintenance completed. This makes it the place for me i travel for my job and it makes it easy. The girl who completed my finance when i purchased my car came out just to verify that the first service went well. I like to be treated special and they did a great job. more

Very satisfied 7/7/2011

As an out of town buyer, my salesperson offered to have me meet the service manager and view the service bay, waiting room, etc. but I declined. I believe that the model for purchasing my new Hyundai Sonata is one that other car dealers should study and learn. I was very satisfied with the buying experience, from first view of the dealer website and the phone calls all the way through the closing and follow up. My sales rep called me a couple of days later to check up on the car, and I feel that is was a sincere call and a desire to make sure that I was satisfied. I was happy with the purchase, no doubt that it is a great car. more

My husband and I had a wonderful experience 6/30/2011

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Bowie dealership. We weren't there all day long. I was surprised just how quickly everything took. I was very impressed. I am very happy with my vehicle as well and have told friends and family of my Hyundai experience. My husband's customers told him about Hyundai when he mentioned about buying a good and fuel efficent new car, and a lot of them told him to go this way. I am so happy we listened. more
