This particular elevator company services Bay Garden Manor, Miami beach, fl. Well service to say the least. The elevators break down every and I mean every weekend. Sometimes it takes this otis elevator company 2 months to locate "" a part"". I never in my life saw a company lacking in parts for their own elevators. I would not recommend this particular company to anyone ever!!!!!!! They do not have parts handy, never complete the problem or come with the wrong parts in general!
