Oswego's doctors are always running on schedule and they get you right in right when you get there. I've never had to wait any longer that 10 mins and the exams are conducted efficiently, but thoroughly. more

I'd say that my comfortable level during all my visits to Oswego has been very high. The staff there knows exactly what they're doing and I'm never nervous about a thing. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy eye doctors. more

I can't offer any ideas of improvement for Dr. Hein. His office is always running smoothly with a great staff that will answer any question and help as much as possible. Dr. Hein also works very hard for his patients to make sure they're happy with their experience. more
