I felt compelled to write a review of Dr. O'Rourke and the staff at the Northwest Eye Center when I saw the last review which was just not complimentary of the staff. That was written over a year ago, and perhaps things were different then, or maybe is was just a bad day. Both Dr. O'Rourke and her staff were excellent, efficient, very informative, and the customer service was excellent. They treat their patients like friends and family and really do seem to care. The quality of my exam and eyeglasses were the best. I highly recommend Dr. O'Rourke and the staff at the Northwest Eye Center.
