Earl the finance guy explained everything and didn't pressure me to buy any of the ""extras."" They assigned Joel go over the car with me and explain all the features. He even helped me set up my bluetooth phone which I really appreciated. Everyone at the dealer was very pleasant and nice. They even offered me something to drink and soon as I walked in.
