I was a bit weary about trying Chinese food at this place because I had lunch there once before and the wonton soup was awful. I can usually tell if a chinese resturant by thier wonton soup. But since it was close to our hotel and my husband had to be at a meeting soon, I decided to give it another shot. The hostess was really rude, no ""how are you this evening or please follow me""....just ""sit over there"" and she pointed us to a booth. \r
\r
The server was also rude and very unfriendly...""what do you want to drink"" abrupt and unfriendly. We decided on chicken with garlic sauce($10) on the light menu and crispy shrimp and scallops with coconut cream sauce...($14)I know two end of the eating spectrum. Anyway, I was very disappointed when the shrimp and scallops arrived. It was basically pretty-up buffet food...it was coated in the thick batter and the scallops were sliced so thin, you had to wonder if there was any scallops in there at all. The sauce was basically drizzled on coconut cream and sugar sauce, not very good.\r
\r
The chicken and garlic sauce was OK. The chicken and vegetable were steamed and came in a bamboo steam basket, however everything was OVERCOOKED. The garlic sauce was decent but once again the same brown garlic sauce that you find on so many chinese buffets.\r
\r
OH I also ordered Thai Tea, which I didn't see on the menu...this 'Thai Tea was so watered down I could hardly taste any tea or anything else in it...basically sugar water.\r
\r
Also, they were very stingy with the fried rice that came with the meal...my husband and I both laughed at the small amount of rice they gave us.\r

I have had Chinese food in LA, New Orleans, San fran, NY, HI, Italy, France, EVERYWHERE! This place has got to be the worst for the quality and value of food! They make it look nice on the inside and make a pretty presentation but you can't fake good food. Don't waste your time or money on this place!\r
\r
To be fair I have not tried their Japanese or Thai menu.
Pros: Nice Decor
Cons: Awful Chinese Food
