Believe me, if I could have rated this lousy, crooked, greedy, shyster of a so-called "lawyer" a ZERO rating, even that would be to good. I made the profound mistake of retaining this crook last March for a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Before the bankruptcy was even finalized this greedy crook was demanding money, even though it was through his incompetence and gross negligence that my car had been repossessed and I had to pay $500.00 to get it back. Even worse people, from April to September I paid $762.00 monthly on this bogus, so-called "bankruptcy". After receiving NO receipts for the money I was sending in monthly, NO breakdown whatsoever of how my money was being disbursed to my creditors, I decided to have this bankruptcy dismissed. Now, here comes the REAL shocker. The very next day after the dismissal, I called this orcutt to find out just how had my money been disbursed to my creditors, because it was my intention to contact them and see if I could just continue to pay them whatever amount they had been receiving in the bankruptcy. To my everlasting shock, horror, and eternal disgust, this orcutt informed me that NOT ONE CENT of the money I had been sending in monthly had gone to my creditors! This damn shyster had the temerity, the nerve, the unmitigated GALL, to tell me that ALL of my money would be going towards "attorney's fees"; in other words, to line HIS pockets. Can you believe this? This crook stole over $2000.00 from me and the lousy, equally corrupt "bankruptcy court" let him get away with it. I'm now in worse straits financially than I was before I entered into this "bankruptcy" debacle. People, take my advice and don't EVER do any business with this orcutt.
