Feedback - new service 9/13/2011

I am a new customer and have Leah as a stylist. I think she's very good. I like the way she takes takes time to show me how to style my hair and gives me suggestions of what products to use. The cost is high but I'm happy. Thank you!! more

..I said a half inch. 9/8/2011

I've been to Trios Aveda once before a few months back and I had a level 1 stylist. All I wanted was a light trim and some side swept bangs and got exactly what I wanted. A few days ago I wanted a level 1 again but they were booked so I took a level 2 assuming the haircut would be just as good if not better. Same thing...a very light trim and bangs. My stylist asked if I wanted a little bit of layering so I said sure, but super subtle. After explaining to her how I've been growing my hair out for 4 years and it took that long to grow it about 8 inches from my shoulders she snips off a 4 inch lock. I nearly cried....it's going to take me so long to grow it back to the length I had it when I came in but I didn't have the balls to say WAIT!! I JUST SAID HALF AN INCH! I'm furious! As girls can be when it comes to hair length. Then all she did was try to sell me products. I told her I don't do anything but comb it in the morning. I'm so sad. :( My hair is 4 inches shorter now. Boo Kari...or Carrie....BOooooo more

Very disappointed 8/30/2011

This was my first appointment with Trois. I had requested highlights and a cut. I even brought in my color formula from my previous stylist. When she took the towel off, I started panicking. All I saw was a big blob of orange and yellow. She then put on a toner, which didn't work at all. My haircut was so uneven too. I went back a couple of days later, and left very disappointed again. I will not be returning to this salon. more
