WOW. I preordered a limited edition Magic: the Gathering card set from them along with a few other friends. Weeks later they told me they were cancelling my preorders because they...

Video 21 4/22/2006

This place is for the person low on a budget and just want some entertainment. Located in a not-so-impressive building, this rental place doesn't have a lot of copies of a particular dvd or vhs in stock, but hte upside is that it's cheap. For things that came out more than three months, it is about a dollar-something. For new releases, the price is about three or four dollars. If you do go, do not be determined to get the movie that you want, espeially if it is a new release, since they don't have many. more

Orbit: Anime and Manga 4/22/2006

It's a small place, but stocked full, wall to wall with anime, manga, and a small selection of snacks. The fee for renting a volume an anime is $2.50. The selection is pretty good, perfect if you don't want to bother downloading, and still expanding. Anime isn't the only thing they have for rental, there are a number of mainly japanese, asian movies also. The place has also been upping their manga selections, toys, merchandise, and japanese snacks and candy. It's amazing how much they stuff into that little store. more

A large selection 9/17/2005

This store is one of a kind when it comes to trading cards and comics. It's a place where teenagers could hang out and play their favorite card games with their peers. However some cards are expensive and it can be cheaper at other places. But it carries a large selection where you can choose from. more

Comics anyone 8/20/2005

If you like comic books or if you like to collect trading cards such as Pokemon than you should come to Orbit. This store is great and it is fun to go to. You can check out all the stuff they have there. They have many different types of comics and there are many trading cards like Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic: The Gathering. more

Anime 8/18/2005

Orbit is a small store that allows you to rent animes (Japanese cartoons). They offer a wide selection of anime, both on VHS and on DVD. They also have manga, posters, and even snacks. I usually see a young crowd around the store, probably because they have a mini arcade.. Be careful about parking. They hardly have any spaces, so you’ll be lucky if you find one. more

Presents for the anime obsessed. 8/8/2005

My children, and secretly me, are obsessed over Japanese manga and anime. I don't know how many editions of Ranma I've browsed through, or how scary the prices are for a simple comic book are but I love it. It may not be reading beowulf but it's entertainment and a reward for a kid. Now this store probably stockpiles everything manga that will bankrupt me if my kids keep on insisting on the latest edition of a 300+ series manga at 10 bucks a pop. Even so, I love to browse here once in awhile and succumb to the big eyes and undubbed anime episodes. more
