Went in for oil changes. First time was told I needed new brake pads. Went to an independent mechanic who said the worst pad had 50% left on it!!! The next oil change was told ...

Went in for oil changes. First time was told I needed new brake pads. Went to an independent mechanic who said the worst pad had 50% left on it!!! The next oil change was told the high rear light was not working and the fix was $260.00 just for the part. I declined and checked the light out at home and found it to be functioning properly!!!!!!! Be very careful at this dealership's service area!! more

It ain't pretty 10/15/2011

After having a poor experience with another GMC dealer in town. I when to the Orlando Icon GMC dealer, Orange Buick GMC. In their service department Tim Filotei has been taking care of my Yukon for the pass 100,000 miles. I always leave feeling confident my vehicle will stand the rigors of my travels. Give them an opportunity you'll be sold on their service. more

bad BODY WORK 9/13/2011

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE !!! Paint flaking off bumper and they said "that's not our problem call your insurance if you have a problem." Worst boy shop I've ever seen!!! and even worse was customer service!!! more

Good: Nothing postive. Bad: My car is still in service 11 days and no loner or call backs. worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Improvements: Hire people that care about the customer. Other: People wonder why the American car companies are basically going out of business. Orange GMC is a perfect example they talk to you like your and idiot and expect you to just go along with what they say,I have never written a negative review on anyone with this group my advice is don't go there they are not someone I would ever do business with again buyer beware.... more

Great, Wonderful, everyone was very nice & polite to me, almost treated like a king. I would recomend your dealership to everyone i came across that was thinking of buying a buick. Thanks Again. And Steve Williams is a very goog sales person, you need more people like him. more

Thanks for everything 7/5/2010

I am 87 years old and everyone is so very nice to me and helpful. I have a 1997 Buick Lasabre which looks like new and I just love it. I had my side mirror fixed Monday and it didn't cost me anything as I had rewards coming to me. Thanks for everything, Mary Anne J more

My experience with your service department has been very positive. My recent visit was for routine service. A month ago I was in for car repair and the treatment provided specifically by Ms.Tanyaha Wilson to my car was outstanding. Ms. Tanyaha Wilson, handling of the situation was beyond my expectations. I will return for future car care. more
