I brought an existing set of frames to this store to have them manufacture a new set of lenses. They called me a week later to say the frames had cracked during manufacture - nothing to be done, and sure enough there is a sign saying no responsibility for breakage. (Though I've owned multiple pairs of glasses for decades and have never had this occur.) I asked if they could special order a set of replacement frames that I would pay for. No, they would not. They don't carry that brand. Well, can you refund the $550 for the lenses? Answer: NO! Can you believe this?! They said they weren't responsible for my frames breaking while they made the lenses. !!!! I entered the store with a perfectly good pair of glasses, and was left with no glasses, no lenses, no ability to reorder frames, and a $550 charge for the privilege of interracting with these people. Thank God Visa saw it my way and reversed the charges.
