Original delivery time was estimated to take an hour, which is too long, but whatever. Food actually showed up three hours after placing the order, cold, soggy and with the bulk of the order missing. I'm giving them one star because they agreed to a full refund. more

Food- Five Stars! The mac and cheese was fabulous, definitely home cooked. Well seasoned, cooked for the perfect amount on time. My arteries will be hating me for years to come, but it was totally worth it. Deliver- 1 star The food was great, but I would never have waited 90 minutes for that food. When we called, we were told it was the "normal Saturday rush." If the rush on Saturday is normal, shouldn't one plan accordingly? more

I contacted Grubhub when my order was about 20 minutes overdue. Took about 20 minutes til I heard back from Grubhub that my food was on its way and should be there about 70 minutes late. 15 minutes after the new delivery time, the driver called and said he would be there in 10 minutes, and did I still want my food. I canceled the order, so I can't say anything about the food, but like another person, I had a horrible delivery experience. more
