Worst delivery carrier ever, their drivers have no concern with customer service, that is from management to the drivers. They refuse to deliver to apartments, they would rather drop packages at the leasing office thantry to go to the actual apartment. They are lazy and I feel that Amazon shoudl terminate its contract with this unprofessional company. more

leaves package on doorstep in an apartment building. i hope newegg switches back to USPS or UPS or fedex. very light door knock. it would be fine if they left the items at the main apartment office. thats what the others do. i do not recommend this company more

HUGE MISTAKE!!! Amazon has made a huge mistake in trusting this terrible joke of a company with delivering its customers merchandise safely and efficiently. They actually lied about delivering our package and we got it opened the next day on top of our mailbox down from our apartment. NO EXCUSES!!!! more

Terrible company. Wouldn't even use the call-box to attempt to deliver a package (I can look at phone records and there were no missed call-box calls) and claimed the package was undeliverable and tried to charge $14.00 for their own laziness. I'm glad that the company I ordered from will now let me specify to not use these people. UPS, Fedex, and USPS have no problems with our building. And OnTrac yells at me like everything is my fault. more

Terrible shipping company - what a joke 4/6/2011

Ordered an item through Amazon with two day shipping. After several days, the package still had not arrived. When I called Ontrac in Kent, the customer service said they couldn't help me. When I called the 800 number, I got a different story each time about where it was. First, they said they had attempted delivery when no one was there, and that they had left a note on the door. Not true. Next, the package was still at the facility, and they didn't know why it wasn't being delivered. Next, it actually had been delivered, but to the wrong address by mistake. I can see from the other reviews that this ""wrong address"" thing is typical of them. Now, I have to wait for Amazon to resend, which will take several weeks since the items were out of stock by the time the reorder happened. I see from the other reviews that this ""wrong address"" thing is typical of this company. I don't think they ever attempted delivery anywhere. I'm guessing that the driver stole my package. more

Bad company doesnt care about their workers 11/20/2010

I am an employee for Ontrac. Yes it is a horrible company. They pay about a quarter or so above minimum wage but the work is BACK BREAKING. They try and squeeze every once of sweat out of you in very limited time frames. They also use minimal workers for huge load amounts to be handled, this is obviously done to increase profit margins while maintaining payroll to the lowest possible. After a few years as a sorter and hard work you are still not allowed any raises whatsoever. The company offers perks which are 5 doller gift cards on a monthly basis and small % discounts off shipping. There is no future with this company though some stick with it because its all they can find. Everytime you ship with ontrac just know hard working individuals are being treated very poorly by this company. more

The worst package company ever 11/15/2010

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst. They say they attempt delivery but never do. I've had FIVE seperate shipments through them from Amazon either misplaced or otherwise messed up. It will often take a week or more, plus numerous phone calls to get an ""overnight"" or two-day delivery . Horrible, horrible company. more

The worst! 9/14/2010

Probably the worst courier service I've ever dealt with! They ""forget"" to do pick ups and then when they finally get around to doing them, they deliver them to the wrong address. I've had numerous problems with them and gave them lots of second chances, hoping they would finally get it together. Their last mistake was the final straw though. They LOST my pick up. The customer service person was so incredibly RUDE and unhelpful. In fairness Julia (who use to work there but doesn't anymore) was great! The new person (name starts with a T.....?) is awful! The sales rep and the district manager won't call me back, or response to my emails. Don't use this courier service, unless you want your delivery to get lost, or forgotten about. more
