Ordered an item through Amazon with two day shipping. After several days, the package still had not arrived. When I called Ontrac in Kent, the customer service said they couldn't help me. When I called the 800 number, I got a different story each time about where it was. First, they said they had attempted delivery when no one was there, and that they had left a note on the door. Not true. Next, the package was still at the facility, and they didn't know why it wasn't being delivered. Next, it actually had been delivered, but to the wrong address by mistake. I can see from the other reviews that this ""wrong address"" thing is typical of them. Now, I have to wait for Amazon to resend, which will take several weeks since the items were out of stock by the time the reorder happened.
I see from the other reviews that this ""wrong address"" thing is typical of this company. I don't think they ever attempted delivery anywhere. I'm guessing that the driver stole my package.
