Oniciu, Anna Marie, MD - Beverly Hills Pediatrics

We just had our most recent office visit for our daughters today. The staff was courteous and professional. My 5-year old, who was very apprehensive in anticipation of this visit (for a standard checkup and shots) was put at ease by Mary Kay, our nurse for this visit. Dr. Oniciu is wonderful, and took extra time to answer my 9-year old's questions about how the heart works; even going so far as to let my daughter borrow her stethoscope. We have been clients of this practice for 5 years now, and we will continue to trust Dr. Oniciu and colleagues with our daughters' health. That said, I do wish that the wait time in the reception area was shorter - we waited 1/2 hour for our appointment. Still, this seems to be common industry practice (too bad, too). more

my doughter is patient at beverly hills pedriatics.after 7 months i discovered a hip dislocation to my daughter. her md oniciu doesn't see that? in 7 months? more

My son and I were left in a waiting room and was she forgot about us. I was very patient because it wasn't the first time that the wait was long in this office. But after an hour I went to the office staff and the nurse seemed surprised that my son wasn't seen yet. (she also said that the doctor had only one patient before us) Oniciu came right away - barely recognizing how long I've been waiting and gave a poor apology saying "some people come in and need to be seen right away" WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND EVEN AN EMERGENCY ROOM MAKES PEOPLE WAIT THEIR TURN!!! The office was very slow that day - she forgot about us.....period. the worst part is that she didnt even have the courtesy to give a sincere apology or even admit her mistake. Cons: poor service, poor diagnosis, assemblyline medicine more
