I have purchased both a furnance and AC from One Hour Heating. For years, I have paid the monthly subscription fee in order to get 24x7 service. My 8 year old furance has went out 3 times in less than 8 weeks. Two of the three times I have called, I have been told their 24x7 service was busy. Tonight, furnance is out again. I called again. I was litterally told that, and I quote, "I should run my hair dryer to stay warm" and they will try and get to me in the next day or so.
The monthly fee means nothing to this company.
