The fear of not knowing what's really "under the hood" of a home will send anyone into a state of panic, especially if they signed that dotted line and later found out that the home they just purchased has a substantial amount of deficiencies. I was skeptical to give One Call Home Inspections the time of day, as anyone would be when making a decision to trust a company to protect their financial i nterests. After a 10-minute conversation with Rodger, I felt at ease. He assured me that he had my best interest at heart, and told me that he would work hard to ensure that I had all the information I needed on the home to make the best decision possible for me and my family. That's all I had to hear!Rodger, took his time to explain everything we needed to know, and also seemed to be very knowledgeable about the Real estate industry. I found myself asking all types of questions that he didn't have to answer, but did anyway just because. I went on to recommend Rodger, to a co-worker who was shopping for a home, and even he was happy with the services he received. It's not difficult to find home inspection companies that are knowledgeable about their industry.
