As I am a frequent traveller, it is rare that you come across a restaurant concept that is consistent across the board: service, quality of food, atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised that my expectations were exceeded at the Hot Springs restaurant as opposed to visiting other OTB restaurants in other markets. Prior to what I anticiapted our experience to be, we were greeted at the door promptly and seated immediately. True to all Brinker concepts, OTB Hot Springs has outdone themsevles and excelled in all aspects. The infamous margaritas and fajitas lived up to their high expectations. The most enchanting part of our experience was that at any given time, four to five servers were constantly catering to our needs. I left the restaurant knowing that I had received impeccable service and an excellent meal and was deeply satisfied with my dining experience.
