To their credit, their website is good and they always answer their phone lines, but they took 3+ weeks to send back my camera. This is after I communicated my desire to them in three different ways, by fax, by website, and by phone via a representative. \r
They need more checks and quality assurance for their internal workflow and computer systems. Their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is promising...\r

BTW, I didn't get my camera repaired from them as the cost-benefit ratio wasn't very favorable. \r
