CHEERS TO OLIVIA'S!!!! My daughter's party was wonderful! She turned 6 years old and we truly enjoyed every bit of it! Especially the hair styles. We were all wowed by their great expertise...they did a fabulous job with the girls' hair. They even spiked my nephew's hair and added a mustache to his cute little face! We normally celebrate my twins' birthday on their exact birthday, so we did that yesterday at the Olivia's tea house. You didn't get a special rate for the weekday, being it was a Tuesday and all. But I realize that not all places do that, I was just hoping that Olivia's did b/c my girls were hooked on having a party there. Nevertheless, it was worth every penny! I normally spend more but did not realize that until afterwards. They do everything there. My girls loved the dress up and feeling all fancy. They couldn't believe that dress up closet in there. And the parents laughed tons during the fashion show walk. They have a kiddie menu set up for the kids and I think my twins ate this place out of their little cheese sandwiches!!! Just a great party all around-my twins went to sleep talking about it and they woke up talking about it this morning, with their hairstyles STILL in tact! Very funny indeed. The hostess girls made the girls feel like real princesses. Two thumbs up from my twins and their 12 little girlfriends! We will definitely go back!! My daughter, Renee, celebrated her 8th birthday at Olivia's in Tustin this past Friday evening! We were amazed! From start to finish, everything was very top notch and very organized! The staff took charge as soon as they opened the doors for us and were simply the BEST throughout the entire party. I'm pregnant and due in a little over 3 weeks. I did not have to lift a single finger for this party!!! Olivia's staff were more than accommodating to me and my guests and anyone giving a party loves to hear positive feedback from their attending guests. My daughter's friends had a blast, the attending moms had a blast, and most importantly, my daughter had the time of her life. WE LOVED IT! They ate well and the cute little menu of finger sandwiches for the kids was simply darling and totally age appropriate. JUST TOO CUTE for words! The dessert was so cute and the kids went crazy when they saw it! They loved the ""sweet stuff"" and devoured the cake in the middle! And I won't even mention the BELL! My daughter loved ringing that bell at tea time. She felt so special by all the attention she received from the staff. The girls were wonderful and I am just loving Olivia's Dollhouse and Tea Room. I wished i had my baby shower there a couple of weeks ago. I thought my daughter would be ""done"" with this sort of party, but she is already asking me to book for next year when she turns ""9"". Great Great spot and totally made my Renee's 8th birthday as special as can be! I highly recommend it! Seeing the comment below is very interesting!!! At first, I had concern about being charged extra if my party ran over 2 hours (the person commenting below says you are charged $40 if you go over). But it is not like it was NEW news. I got that information when I booked my party, so I was very aware of that rule and NOW it all makes sense to me! Our party was to start at 4:00pm! Unfortunately, as we were at the coffee house a few doors down, we noticed and were later told that the party before ours didn't leave the facility until some 10 minutes or so after their party time was SUPPOSE to have ended! While my guests and I waited at the doors of Olivia's to come in, some of the other moms were outside talking--and really somewhat in our way as we tried to take photos out front for my child's party. Then one of the staff came to us with ""prayer like"" hands mouthing, ""just one moment"" through the window! WELL, I GET IT NOW-since the party before ours didn't LEAVE ON TIME, we BARELY made it IN on time for my party. We could see the employees scurrying around inside trying to get prepared for our party. Since THAT party got out so LATE, it almost made my party start LATE...and I even had one guest scheduled to leave our party early. I would have been pretty upset if she had to miss more than necessary based on other people not respecting the time! Who could be upset about being charged extra for time that does not belong to them. It all makes sense!!! The employees were apologizing profusely, but they DID get us in on time. And once the girls entered it was simply magical. The place was spotless and smelled wonderful. If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I would not have known there was just a party in there. I'm pleased that the Olivia's staff took the time to care and clean up for my party in the proper manner. If they didn't charge extra for extra time, they would NEVER GET PEOPLE TO LEAVE! Haaaa! B/c we surely wanted to stay! The dresses were clean and some were new. My sister in law commented on how nice they were, as my younger 5 year old and my little niece picked new dresses. We did Olivia's based on a referral and I know the moms at our party were thanking me for the referral. Our two hours was just plenty...any longer, our girls would have collapsed from princess overload! I, nor my guest, had to set up or clean up a thing! Olivia's did it all and we all enjoyed it immensely! Pros: Cutest thing ever! Great Concept! Cons: Only 2 hours...wished we had longer! more

I think it's a very cute concept, perfect for little girls who love to play dress up. But the dresses they have are dirty, worn and even torn. Their food for kids include microwavable pizza, cheap sugary cake, gummy bears. For the price they charge, the least they can do is feed the kids decent food. Pros: good concept Cons: gosh...where to start! more
