I went to Olena's because it was affordable. The place was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. I had the microdermabrasion w/, eyebrow shaping, and foot & hand exfoliation. In addition to the sunless spray tan personally done by Olena. I was glowing on my prom day, my skin was smooth and I had a beautiful tan. Unfortunately, after a week my skin started to peel. It was the sunless tan rubbing off of my skin making me all blotchy... not good. Overall, the place is nice, the staff is friendly but I would like to see better products. more

I booked an appointment to try their new laser services, and I am very glad that I did. I have done some waxing in the past, (back of my neck and shoulders, and this was not a good experience for me. So I decided to try laser hair removal. When I arrived, Olena explained everything to me, and told me exactly what she would be doing. The treatment was less painful than waxing, but just as quick. She then noticed some brown sun spots on my face and offered to remove them, with one of the laser treatments. I told her to go for it, and I am very happy with the results, after just one week, the spots are gone. And about half of the hair on my neck and shoulders is also gone... I only wish I had done this a long time ago. Anyway, it was a great experience. And I cannot wait to go back and get the rest of the procedure done. I highly recommend Olena and her Spa!! It is always a great experience. more

Ok so I didn't do any sort of treatment here for myself but I bought a massage session for a friend which she seemed to have enjoyed. The atmosphere was quite nice and elegant, I was just sitting in the guest room with magazines and the staff brought me sweets and tea. Most spas serve drinks but sweets? I loved it! I toured around the building and the have a menu full of spa things to do. more

I was looking to get a new hair dresser because mine previous one moved to CA. Someone recommended Anna, I went to her and now im her happy client since 2004. I tried few other people in between her maternity leave, and no one made me satisfied like Anna, she does such a great job, my hair is never damage and look so healthy, even I bleach them over 10 yrs. She always try to find time even if she is extremly busy. She is amazing person and Im so glad I know her, I would so recommend you to try her you'll be happy :-) more

I needed to find someone to do my hair for my engagement and someone recommended Lana and I was soo happy to have gone to her, I wasn't sure what I wanted other then that I wanted it up and she asked me to show her my dress and as soon as I did she new exactly what to do I loved the way it turned out!!! It was perfect that I had her do my engagement hair do because I knew she would be amazing for my wedding hair style! She is amazing at what she does and I'm soooo happy with all she did! As soon as you walk in to this salon you feel relaxed and comfortable. The front desk girl Katia is really sweet and the atmosphere is very glam. I would recommend getting a facial by Olena, she's really good and my skin always looks amazing afterwords. The best person to get your hair done there is Anna, she always does an exceptional job. Her haircuts are fabulous, hair colors are incredible, and hair styles are magnificent. Her extraordinary talent has no end...I'm so glad I found her! more

Getting your hair done is sometimes a difficult process only because you don't know who to trust and which hairstylist will work best for you, I know that I would never be able to go anywhere else but to Lana. She's been doing my hair for over 4 years and she is absolutely, undoubtedly amazing. She knows exactly what will look best on you and also works with what you like. She incorporates her personal and modern style into every person she comes across with. Every time she does hair, she does it with passion and excitement. From the moment you walk in and sit down to the moment you say goodbye, is an incredible experience, she does everything, even keeps you entertained while styling, coloring, cutting etc. I only go to her and would only recommend Lana. She does amazing color, amazing cuts, styles, wedding makeup and styling. She takes care of her clients extremely well and she makes you feel beautiful. You have to just see for yourself, you will fall in love with her and feel absolutely incredible after your visit. more

I called Olena's Day Spa last Saturday morning asking if I could book an appointment at the last minute for a hip and thigh treatment. I had been dieting and exercising for months but while my muscles were getting stronger, I was only gaining weight with the exercise and my fantastic hips were not decreasing in size, so I was really frustrated. I was given an appointment with no problem. I wound up arriving early. The interior of the spa is absolutely gorgeous. The decor is very unique and tasteful, designed with a kind of 1800s elegance while maintaining all the modern amenities. Also the artwork on the walls was very beautiful and I could see that a lot of time and care had gone into the interior design. The staff are all well-dressed, friendly, courteous, and professional. I first waited about 15 minutes in the downstairs reception, and then went to see the girl in the upstairs-reception, to ask if I should just come back in a bit (since I was early). Instead, she offered that I could use the treadmill while I was waiting, which was perfect! So I used the treadmill for a while and then she offered me to use the steam bath while I waited, explaining that this would made the treatment more effective. The steam bath was very powerful and effective - not like some I have been in. I could not see anything but steam - and I could feel it working and cleaning the skin. Olena, the owner of the spa, came and took me for my treatment. Again, she is very professional, everything went smoothly (I had never been in a spa before so it was all very new). She explained everything she was doing and she also gave me some excellent advice regarding my diet, including some things I had not thought of before but which made a lot of sense. (I have studied a lot regarding health and nutrition so I am not dumb on the subject, but she pointed out factors I could easily change in my diet, which I had definitely not known about or realized). The treatment consisted of vigorous exfoliation, a kind of massage (I think it was lymphatic), and a wrap in seaweed and some other things I forgot. After this treatment and about 1/2 hour in the wrap, I cleaned off in a jacuzzi in a gorgeous old fashioned bathtub. The only reason I rated this spa 4 stars for service variety, is because I wish they offered more weight loss and anti-cellulite treatments, as I have seen other spas offering. However I also want to add that the treatments seem to generally run less expensive than other spas. more

Lana Mazun is a truly gifted hair stylist and colorist. After many years of frustrating experiences with my hair, I finally found someone I trust completely. Lana's sense of style is timeless and current at the same time. I would recommend her to anyone without a hesitation. My color is fabulous, my cuts are always flattering, fun, and workable. I usually do not like going to new salons an trying out new places because somehow they never do what i ask them too. This was the first time i didnt regret trying out a new place. When i was getting married one of my friends referred me to this place. At first i wasnt sure, but when i came in for a practice session, I loved what I saw. On my wedding day, I had Lana do my hair. It was amazing!!!! I have never felt so beautiful before. My make-up was outstanding. I LOVED LOVED my eyelashes. It was the first time i had fake ones in. It was incredible. I have never received so many complements on how I looked. All day long ppl kept coming up to me an complementing on how beautiful i looked. Ever since then, i only trust Lana to do my hair now, an every time it looks amazing. I love it!!! Not once has she messed up. If u ever get a chance, i recommend to stop by. If ur getting married, be SURE to stop by. Pros: Relaxing,friendly, great service Cons: none that i noticed more

If I did not have a relative that is a hair dresser at a different salon, I would be getting ALL of my ""beauty"" services from Olena's. They are great and very suitable for the area and the customers in this neghborhood. In my opinion they even exeed the the standards of this area. Getting my hair cut there was a waste of time/money I would not recommend, I left with split ends, and not the cut I wanted. Maybe it was just the person who did my hair that wasn't very experienced but I was pretty disappointed. But I got my nails done there some time ago, and I would definetly recommend that, Valentina did a really good job, very relaxing. more
