It's a place to visit if you are in Old Sacramento, near the Otter boats. If the school isn't open for visitors, hours are not the same as the other establishments, peak in the school windows and go back in time. Imagine yourself in a quaint school house like this one.
You probably would learn better and not get any false labels from the pseudoscience -- psychiatry.
All in all it is a nice visit to the good old days.
