Very rude service. I will never come back. Tried to sell coins and he tried to feed me bs to buy it cheap. I know a lot about coin. They tried to play a fast one on me and then when I caught him he got very rude bc he thought I did not know anything about coins. STAY AWAY!!! more

This place pays crap. I went to 3 coin shops and here they offered me less than half what i got at another one. Plus the customer service here is beyond rude. I will never ever step another foot in here. more

I recently came in to sell some items to this place. Staff are professional (unlike many ""cash for gold"" type places), but they are very rude, negative, and pretentious. Both times I have gone there, I have never had a friendly welcome. I only trusted their appraisal of my items because of their professional nature. But I left with a very bad feeling. I tried them again to see if I would have a different experience the second time, but I waited for a long time before being seen and then was told I didn't have enough items for an appraisal. The woman said, ""It takes too much paperwork."" If I were you, I would go somewhere that treats customers with respect, not just as a means of income. more

The staff is not very nice. I really felt like he was annoying of me by asking few questions. I personally do not know much about coins but I inherited some I needed to sell for cash. I got a bad vibe so decided to check another place out. I am so glad I did. Got a lot more from another coin store. more

Paid way too low for silver numismatic coins. That is their motto, to buy dirt cheap and sell extremely high. I will never be back here, that is for sure. more

The staff here is very rude. I came in to get a price for some coins because I didn't know the prices. I waited around for like 20 minutes. There was few employees in back end of store just chitchatting. I know they saw me but kept talking. Then someone decides to help me and has a very rude tone of voice with me. I grabbed my stuff and left. NEVER COMING BACK! more

I called before hand to get a quote for coins I was planning on selling. They gave me the right price. So I came in to sell them. The man who helped me was very snobby. He gave me a lot lower price then I was quoted. I left and went to another coin shop. They offered me more than Old World originally told me on the phone. more
