NEVER SIGN ANYTHING THEY GIVE YOU. They have lawyers on retainer and have no problem suing customers as well as employees. This company can not be trusted. They employees are continually yelled at and treated poorly by the owner on a regular basis. This is the definition of a hostile environment. more

poor service 1/20/2011

The service is bad here. I went there to repair an instrument with antisipation of it being fixed in a few days, I called to see the progress. Nobody working there could find my paperwork, then the manager said they will work on it right away. I get a call the next day with a price tripled of what i was quoted in the beginning. They repaired it without telling me what was wrong with it. Then as I picked it up, I was told that I could not pay by check because I am not a regular customer. I will be sure to never use them again.. more

Let the Music Play 3/25/2009

Convenience for the music enthusiasts in the area. Old Town can teach your children to play a wide variety of instruments, and the cost for private lessons are reasonable. They also stock the store with hard to find sheet music, and are quick to repair minor damages. more

Music Store and Lessons 11/14/2008

We have used Old Towne to purchase equipment and for lessons. The equipment seems fairly priced and they have a wide selection. In terms of lessons, sometimes the place felt a little like a factory. My daughter had three separate teachers leave during her time there, and it was somewhat difficult to adjust to the various styles of teaching. I think it is a good place to begin lessons, but as you get more serious, you may want to look elsewhere. more

This store has been in business for as long as I can remember. They are wonderful. We have gone there for guitar lessons but they also have private music lessons in any instrument you can imagine. They do group classes for the very young including a rock school and a theater program. more

Very good. 11/8/2005

They offer many guitars and musical equipment. Prices are comparable to any other music shop. There selection of guitars is also very nice. I have been shopping here for awhile and must say there very good. more
