I recently purchased several items at the Boca store and loved one of the shirts. I returned and purchased it in several colors. I needed 2 more white shirts but there were none one the rack or in the back in my size. One of the managers was kind enough, since she was going to be near another store, to pick them up for me and hold them til I was able to pick them up from the Boca store a day or so later. EVERYONE there is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer's needs ..... very unusual in this day in age! Kudo's to the Boca Raton staff - and many thanks! I'll be back soon - and often. Carol more

This is really a great company! Aside from their really obnoxious commercials, they have a great line of products. I shop there for my whole family and the broad range of sizes and styles really compliment us all. I have used the online site for when we cannot locate our sizes in the store and and that works too. If you have the time, the stores always have 5-6 major clearance racks but they are up wayyy so high that at 5'1 I can barely reach them without standing on someone's head! :) Great jeans and they come in variety of styles, and they last forever!! :) more

If you dont mind picking through piles of clothes 11/27/2005

They are very helpful and the prices are great. The problem is usually everything is sloppily just in piles with no rhyme or reason. It makes it hard to find the sizes you want. If you score and find your size grab it and go! Also if you have a credit card from here you can use it at the Gap and Banana Republic as well. more

Helpful staff 7/20/2005

The staff at this Old Navy store is the most helpful I have found in South Florida. While shopping recently I had some questions reguarding their merchandise and all of the employees were extremely helpful and didn't get an attitude even when I asked the dumbest of questions. I would reccommend this store to all my family and friends. more
