Aug. 14, 2008, my husband and I purchased 5 pieces of furniture. Luckily we had room in our vehicle for two of the pieces, so we took those that day. After a month without any word, we called and were again assured that our furniture would arrive within the week. After another two months, we could no longer reach anyone by phone. We tried faxing and still no word. Good Luck!
