Ofra Day Spa & Laser Center

Ofra knows how to treat clients so that they'll come back forever. I was introduced to her spa when she provided product and a gift certificate for services for all attendees at a major charity event (I already respected her without ever stepping foot in the spa!). While the spa was some distance from me I thought I'd give it a try. I was so impressed with the service and Ofra, the owner, that I've been coming back each month for close to a decade. The spa may not be as elegant as some, but it makes up for that in the personal and warm service. Everyone calls you by name. There are always nibbles and herbal tea. Others have mentioned the free gift that you get after each treatment. After six treatments you also get product worth $50. There's a chance to win $500 worth of services and product every six months. But probably what speaks most to the quality atmosphere is the fact that there is almost no turn over in staff. Most drive long distances and have been there a long time. I'm hooked! Pros: Staff, quality of service, level of knowledge, parking,, free gifts, great specials Cons: While clean and pleasant, with candles and soft music, the atmosphere doesn't match the expensive hotel spas. I moved to Davie recently and looked out for a good spa in the area. I checked this spa's website and I am very happy to write this review. The half day treatments experience at this spa was a fantastic and probably the best I received. The facial was an hour and a half and they provided me with a beautiful moisturizing hand treatment (which I needed badly after unpacking so many boxes). After my facial I received a manicure and pedicure and dipped my hands and feet in a hydrating paraffin treatment. they said it was included in the price... and lastly was and hour swedish massage which was given by a very professional and experienced therapist. I go to this spa every month and receive the best facials + a free gift at the end. I am using their skin care products and my face is looking much better. I am doing laser on my lip and underarm every six weeks and received a lifetime guarantee in writting. There is hardly any hair left (7 treatments so far). I have been to Ofra's spa on several occasions and have always been treated like a king. Ofra and her help are very courtious and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is second to none. I have received awesome facials and outstanding laser hair removal done with a new technology, state of the art laser hair removal machine. Ofra's also offers manicures, hair styling, pedicures and massages. I am a firefighter and work hard for a living, so it feels good to be treated like a king once in a while. I will always be a customer at Ofra's spa. more
