I reccently got a Compaq R4000 laptop for $325 + ship for a Compaq R4000 with 15 WXGA LCD, 512 MB RAM. So this would be $815 + tax on 815 - $450 rebates = $365 + tax on $915. What a great price for a decent laptop; good thing too because I need one for college. I save at least $500 because most place sell an average laptop for over $1,200.
