Norbert W.\r Hampton NH.\r Very Happy Customer.. I have a 2001 Class C Sunseeker. And yes I had the common Class C water leak in the bunk area. I have owned camper since new (and probably leaking from day 1) and have had water problems for quite some time. I have had motorhome in and out of service shops trying to resolve issues with no luck. These fellas are a new (1 year old) RV dealership that are close by on the seacoast. I stopped in and met with Pete (one of the owners) he was up on the roof of a class c motorhome doing, you guessed it a water leak repair. We struck up a conversation and I told him of my problem. He told me to bring motorhome in and he would look at. I brought unit back in about a week. He quoted me a price to replace my entire rubber membrane and put down a new decking were the old was rotted and to replace interior paneling as well. My wife and I agreed on the price and had the work done. WOW.....The job came out incredible !! My wife and I would strongly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a job well done !!!!! Business must be good for this new company. Interactions with 2 of the 3 employees/owners were extremely unprofessional, confrontational, and rude. We would not recommend them to anyone. We thought we would give them a chance, as they do not have many reviews and are new, but after speaking with them, it is clear they are disrespectful and do not know how to run a business or gain business from potential new customers. We spoke to a man named Peter as well as Keith (who is supposedly one of the owners). We were trying to get a price quote for some work we wanted done, and when we asked for a quote, Peter told us that he could not give a quote and would let us know after he had done it. Do many people just hand out their credit cards or blank checks? When we said we would need an estimate, he said, ""maybe we should part ways"" in a very disrespectful manner. Unbelievable. I don't now how they intend on getting business with this kind of attitude. Anyhow, we do NOT recommend them. more
