As a paralegal working for a personal injury law firm, I deal constantly with health care providers who keep seeing our clients without doing anything to help them, and seem to be in business just to keep patients coming back for more useless appointments. These providers' records are often a few handwritten scribbles with no regard for organization or completeness. And then there's the bills. Most chiropractors charge more than medical doctors! By stark contrast, Oak Creek Relief and Wellness treats its patients like human beings. If a patient's condition doesn't seem to be improving in a reasonable amount of time, OCRW refers the patient to a medical doctor for a permanency evaluation. Its records are immaculately clear and organized. Furthermore, I thought that its charges were reasonable. mhennesey says that he or she was solicited from a motor vehicle accident report. I hope that this isn't true, because that's just sleazy. However, our clients who have treated there never mentioned having been solicited -- I believe that they were referred by other providers. In addition, one of our clients didn't like it there because one of the chiropractors told him that he could probably lose some weight. Hey, sometimes the truth is ugly. I personally have never treated there, but if I needed to do so, Oak Creek Relief and Wellness would be my first phone call. Pros: proactive treatment, clear records and reasonable charges Cons: solicitation? & they may not tell you what you want to hear more

They contacted me trying to get business because I was hurt in a car accident. The sad thing is they got my contact information from an accident report. They do not know how to respect one's privacy and prey on people who are hurt!! Cons: They do not repest one's privacy!! more

Classes (Yoga, Body Pump, Pilates) are included in the membership, so it is a great value. The gym is always clean and does not get too crowded. Great atmosphere. more

Oak Creek Fitness has a great array of strength-training equipment and knowledgeable trainers. It's incredibly clean and the staff is very friendly. The cardio equipment is well-maintained, although there's not a very wide variety offered. Additionally, they offer BodyPump classes as part of the standard membership fee, and tanning is also available. They also have a smoothie bar and sell Apex fitness supplements. The atmosphere is very fitness-focused; there's not a lot of see-or-be-seen. Possible downsides for families are that children are not allowed in the gym and childcare is not provided. Also, the shortened weekend hours can make it difficult to fit the gym into your schedule on those days. more
