It takes forever for deposits to become available, especially when deposited at the ATM (took almost a week for the funds from the deposited payroll check to become available). Later the account was overdrawn a few dollars. So I went to deposit cash on the same day to correct it. They told me everything was fine, but next time they would just close my accounts on me (on top of massive fees). I closed my account a couple months later. more

be careful 8/18/2005

I tried getting a car loan from them but failed because they had a wrong credit score. I am 100% sure it was wrong because I checked my score the same day I applied for the loan and I used the same credit reporting company they use. However, the clerk told me that she sees a much lower credit score than I had, even though I showed her a printout of my credit report and score. Sounds like a scam used by greedy car dealers. more

not a reliable bank 8/5/2005

I used OSU Federal Credit Union for their banking and I did not have a great experience with them. To keep it short, they assigned my account number to another customer's checks and my money disappeared from the checking account. It was a big hassle to get my money back, and I did not receive any compensation for their mistake. more
