The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. What I mean by knowledgeable is they know how to get the information quickly from their system. I don't expect them to know everything about all the cars in the world, but I do expect them to know how to use their store's systems. I've been to their competitors that seem to put people out there without any training. more

O'Reilly Auto Parts is a great place for do-it-yourselfer's' 10/19/2009

I change my car's oil and do as much maintenance as I can, and I've bought car supplies and parts here. The counter people are helpful and the prices seem pretty fair. If you need something that is not routine, you should call before you go there to see if it is in stock. more
