I bought a driver side mirror for a 95 dodge pickup from the o'reilly's on Northern light's and A st. in anchorage, alaska over the phone on with my credit/debit card on 11/19/10 for $86.99 they didn't take my phone number down a couple weeks went by i called and it still wasn't there and again they didn't take my number the next time i called it was there but they did't take my number again. I live in homer and the part was in anchorage soi told my cousin to pick it up he forgot to, so the next time i made it to anchorage to pick it up it wasn't there they couldn't call me because they never took my number down. The manager refunded my money but it was a big hassle. more

Excellent Parts Department 8/15/2006

As long as you have the make, model and year of your vehicle this Shucks has an excellent parts staff, computerized database and in-stock inventory. I usually only have to wait about five minutes as they have enough people on shift to handle customer flow. I am also pleased that I am not treated any differently by the predominantly male staff simply because I am female. PROS: Excellent parts department, service and location. CONS: None more
