O U Beauty Medspa

I'm writing this review from O U Beauty at MY request. I discovered this place almost a year ago and I just wanted to make sure I recommended O U Beauty in any way I can. I get my Botox and filler treatments from Marion and I can't bear going to anyone else, but their shop is very unique & original. The only way I can explain it is eclectic and fascinating. I'm always good with gifts from here, I mean ALWAYS! Great pricing, great service (Jennie is a find). If you haven't been here yet, just do it. I'm more than confident you'll be impressed. O U is a great beauty homebase in Glendale. The staff are kind, and knowledgeable. From beauty products to facials, O U is an affordable option for folks who don't want to compromise on quality, safety and quality. O U thus far has been top notch for my beauty needs! I went to this place because my daughter saw they had Botox at 8.25 a unit. I was skeptical, because that kind of price reeks of raggedy facilities and questionable qualifications of the people. I was knocked out. Marion is the nurse, she's a pro. They have a little brochure about her in the store. The place is beautiful. The rooms are very cool and comfy. I never enjoyed getting my botox before. The people there are lively and Marion was exceptional. What struck me about this place was that it had a pretty substantial retail shop when you enter. It was actually fun to look around in (hard to explain), and I DON'T like shopping. Lot's of skin products and other stuff as well. I was impressed with the people I met that evening (Amy? & I think an owner). No one there seemed like they were "in training". They have an entire section dedicated to men, one for children, funny gifts, again, hard to describe, but even if you don't do botox or any skin services, the shop is like nothing I've ever seen. I recommend one visit. I think it'll at least be memorable. Just unique. You may not even realize it's a medspa because the whole spa is in back. Very friendly staff. They seemed to be into skin care like no place else I've ever seen. They carry the exclusive skin care products that are not easy to find in one place. I remember seeing Obaji, Vie, Kinerase & Yonka, but they had so many lines, I couldn't count. I was amazed! (Oh, yeah, SkinMedica, Skinceuticals, IS Clinical, blah, blah, blah.) Beautiful store front with a very relaxing treatment area. Way bigger than I thought at first. They call it an urban spa. I've been to many places for facial services and this place beats them all! They had so many back bar products to chose from, and they seemed willing to use them all on me. I've been to places that use generic products and end up feeling like all i got out of the treatment was relaxation. When I left there (Kameron was my aesthetician), it was all about the skin AND I felt really pampered!! Thanks Guys. Keep up the good work. more
