DO NOT EVER - EVER - EVER USE THIS COMPANY. The only thing they do is diagnose the problem - collect their check for the service charge and NEVER order or come back and repair your problem. My washing machine needed a new pump, and he never ordered the part and got away with my $60. Do yourself a favor and save your self a lot of aggravation and use another company. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! more

Worse than Worse 12/2/2010

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First appt. called 3 minutes before appt to change, second appt -forgot me, third appt was 50 minutes late because had to see daughter off and get gas??\r \r Ordered part no follow up, when I cancelled their service with Home Warranty they said I had not paid them, little did they know that as soon as they cashed my check a copy of front and back available online with my bank.\r \r Don't think he had a clue what was wrong but ordered an expensive part, which I was able to cancel.\r \r They should not be zero but minus stars. more

The Worst! 9/3/2010

I really wish I could give these guys Zero stars. Has anyone noticed that the only one to give them 5 stars is someone called ""nuair""? What a joke. These guys butchered our a/c so badly it took another contractor a week to undo the mess and get it working properly. They were unreliable and dishonest (I think they were pulling a scam with our warranty company and the manufacturer). DON'T EVER USE NU-AIR! more

Find someone else 4/21/2010

They were sent out by our home warranty company to check central A/C. Tech said needed freon, but could not add w/o auth# from warranty co. All he needed to do was call, but he could not because the ignorant, lazy, and rude woman who handles the office phone had to call for him. A day and a half later after several calls to NU Air and home warranty company they had not even called for the authorization. Told NU air to shove it and had another company come and fix the A/C in one stop. Trust Me ""NEVER USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY"" Look at the first review here. Terrible Service!! 11/21/2009

Tech came out to install dishwasher. Hose came off the pump and he replaced it with the wrong clamp. The dishwasher then leaked which damaged two rooms. I called numerous times to get insurance information but they refused to give it. Not only do they not know how to install or fix appliances, they don't even try to correct their mistakes. They will leave you high and dry if there is a problem. Notice that the only high rating is actually from themselves. Cons: Customer Service, Quality of Work more

I am giving them 1 star only because I have to. The real rating is 0 stars.\r \r Customer service is for the most part not a part of Nu-Air's business model. Numerous phone calls and left messages results in NO returned calls.\r \r Nu-Air's quality of service (when it comes to Sub-Zero refrigerators) is poor. They misdiagnose a defrost problem on multiple occasions and replaced the wrong parts that eventually led to voiding the factory warranty from Sub-Zero.
