They were sent out by our home warranty company to check central A/C. Tech said needed freon, but could not add w/o auth# from warranty co. All he needed to do was call, but he could not because the ignorant, lazy, and rude woman who handles the office phone had to call for him. A day and a half later after several calls to NU Air and home warranty company they had not even called for the authorization. Told NU air to shove it and had another company come and fix the A/C in one stop. Trust Me ""NEVER USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY""
Look at the first review here. The only positive one and they posted it themselves. They don't even have any shame about their services
