My furnace broke down on one of the coldest days this winter. I discovered it after having been gone for a day and the temp was down to 52 inside. I called Novak and they got someone to my place in less than 2 hours and by the time I got home from work that evening, my house was back to a normal temperature! I had been worried about what I'd do if they couldn't come out until the next day, but there was no need to worry since they came right away. I greatly appreciated their service! more
