It you don't understand something ask, they are very good at explaining everything to you & making sure you understand. They know your upset so they are very caring. more

A Sad task accomplished with caring help 4/15/2008

It became my responsibility to arrange my father's funeral when he was very ill. Mr. Norton was very understanding and helpful with this very emotional and difficult task. When my children will have this responsibility for me, I hope they go to this funeral home. I'm sure they will be assisted in planning a funeral that will be appropriate for me and will make them and my friends as comfortable as possible. more
