Best deal and service 2/21/2014

As always, NW Honda provided the best price and service in town. Even when you have to wait a bit, the waiting area is comfortable, quiet, wi-fi enabled, has excellent Keureg coffee and they even give you the remote for the TV if there is anything you wish to watch! The people who work there are always pleasant as well. more

Accessory Installation 2/20/2014

We had a remote engine start and fog lights installed on are new 2014 Odyssey. Bruce was very helpfully in the service department. It was great to have Eric with the courtesy van take us to the moves and pick us up. Very nice folks to deal with. Thanks for all the help. more

Fast, Friendly, Reliable, Affordable!!! 2/20/2014

I brought our new CR-V in for its first oil change and inspection. On arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and quick paperwork processing. The job was finished in record time. When I picked up the vehicle the customer service rep went over all the things that were done to the vehicle including the multi-point inspection. Then they gave me the bill and I couldn't believe the bottom line. It was way lower than expected! And that caused me to smile (-: more

Prompt service, truthful information 2/16/2014

Had the tailpipe pieces replaced no hassle (in warranty), and tried to have initial service done. Advised that I'd brought it in too soon . I was impressed that the service wasn't "forced" once I understood that it needed to run thru the initial break in oil. more

Good as it gets 2/11/2014

After signing a deal with another dealership and then having them not live up to the terms of the deal, I called Northwest Honda because they had the car that my wife wanted in stock. m Talked to Gary Funk in Internet sales and asked him for the price on the car. Without me telling him what I was willing to pay, he gave me a very good price. Agreed to buy the car, gave him a credit card deposit and the next day drove the 100 miles to get to Bellingham. Everything was perfect. They spent a couple of hours going over all the features of the car with my wife and I (Odyssey Touring Elite has a lot of features). The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that I hate the haggling that goes on with the business person when you sign the papers and write the check as they try to sell you all this other worthless junk at ridiculous prices. However, all dealerships do that so I wouldn't give any dealer 5 stars :) more
