Worst

We just moved to Grand Rapids and needed a new vet since it was time for our dog's annual vaccines. We went to Northwest because it was really close to our house.

They have seen our pets for 10 years. Never once have we felt they were rude. We live 20 minutes away (at one point we lived 35 minutes) but have always gone here with the pets. Northwest Animal Clinic 11/7/2010

I TOTALLY disagree with the previous review. Everyone has a bad day and you must have found them having one. We took our dog there for eleven years. While there were times I felt he receptionist was less than friendly I ALWAYS felt the vet gave our dog very good care, recently visited another vet for my new pup but will be going back to Northwest as this one I felt was just like you described North West. more
