Proceed with caution. Don't believe anything they say on their website. I trusted them with my project budget and they nearly put me into bankruptcy. The only way they managed to keep my project on budget was by leaving major expenses out! They charged me and were paid 40% over the agreed upon fee. When I started questioning their budget numbers and the over charging they refused to look at the numbers I had gathered and told me the additional fee from them(which was never included in any budget update until I demanded a ""final budget"") was for ""out of scope work"". When they told me that I should have been tracking and confirming their invoices, despite having hired them to track and confirm all project expenses, I asked for time sheets to compare to what I paid them. They told me they don't require their project managers to submit time sheet. They BILL BY THE HOUR BUT DON'T REQUIRE TIME SHEETS??!!! When I pointed out that our agreement specifically states ""no out of work will be performed without a written estimate and signed approval"" and that I was never notified that ANYTHING was out of scope, never provided with an estimate and never approved any out of scope work the company president sent me a letter stating ""it is clear we can not resolve your concerns... sorry our relationship has to end on this note."" Our relationship never ended! Despite being paid in full more than $80,000 over our agreement, they cut off communication with me without ever closing out the job. I have no closing documents and DON'T EVEN HAVE KEYS TO MY OWN BUILDING! If my electronic entry system ever fails I will have no way to get in! Unprofessional, unethical and lack the integrity to sit with me and admit they screwed up. My $2mil job that they claim came in on budget was nearly $400,000 OVER budget! Run don't walk away from this group.
