Class Act-Would Recommend 3/21/2011

I saw how they re-roofed a friend's house and I used them too. My experience was positive with the office staff and the installers. Clean, courteous, and stayed in contact. Cleaned up daily. Roof was stripped and shingled in 2 days. The roof has a great warranty by the shingle mfg. I like that because the mfg has higher standards than the building inspector. I would recommend them. more

Excellent work!! Great Customer Service!! Would use again!! 10/24/2010

We had our entire roof replaced by Northern California Roofing Company. They handled everything from the estimate, to tear off, and replacement. They also offered us a great program to maintain our warranty and keep our roof looking great! I would recommend this company to anyone- they are the best around! more

Northern California Roofing is Excellent 9/29/2010

Had our roof resurfaced last winter and was very pleased with the job. Customer service was very helpful and they have a 24 hour phone line for those in need of emergency repairs. I would recommend this contractor, it is the best in the area :) more

Unfortunatley, People have confused this company with NorCal Roofing, they are not the same thing. Northern California Roofing is rated an A-plus company by the BBB, and is Diamond Certified. NorCal Roofing is not. They are the company dealing with the sub-contractor issues. Pros: Great Company more

Good Quality Roof 1/13/2010

I was amazed how fast the crew was. It took them only 3 days to tear off a wood roof and gutters and replace it! The forman Josh was fantastic, he made me a lot more comfortable. They kept my yard clean and even threw away some extra garbage out of my back yard. The roof looks fantastic and I'm glad I had a good company take care of me! Pros: They were fast and effiecent, kept my yard clean, roof looks Cons: Material supplier was late- by like 4 hours. more

They do not pay their subcontractors--BEWARE 11/12/2009

Ditto the review below. We also are being sued because the contractor did not pay their suppliers. This has been a nightmare for us too. We have already spent $1000 in legal fees and we are no closer to resolution. If you use this contractor--make ALL checks out to contractor and ALL SUBCONTRACTORS and SUPPLIERS Cons: They do not pay their subcontractors--BEWARE more

What A Nightmare! 9/21/2009

This company was hired to build a roof for us last year. After the payment was done, a couple of months later we received a letter from the supply company they used that a mechanic's lien was placed on our property because NorCal Roofing failed to make payment for the materials. A few months later we get sued by the supply company because payment still wasn't made by this so called company. We had to reach a settlement and we turned around to take legal action against NorCal Roofing. The owners had the audacity to not even show up for the hearing! Now this company gets to walk and we are left, with many others I presume, stuck with paying more than what we bargained for! more
