Having recently moved to the area, I brought a new dog here for vaccines. Called first and was quoted $80 on the phone, the actual charge was over $160. Made the mistake of going back three weeks later for the DHPP booster and they wanted to charge another exam fee, another fecal test, etc. etc. in addition to the booster shot, for another $100+ visit. I said 'no thanks' and left.\r

I've had dogs for 20 years and NEVER have I been so disappointed with a vet before. I should have known when the waiting room was empty both Saturdays I went (usually a peak day at any vet) and PetCareTV was playing an endless loop infomercial (their website considers it a "client perk").
