This is my second time getting a VW from your dealership 2/25/2011

This is my second time getting a VW from your dealership. My first experience 3 years ago, was ok, nothing superb. I left (3 years ago) having to turn to my VW manual often. This experience was much better. Brandon Park did a great job explaining my options, my car, was patient, professional and I walked away happy. This makes a customer want to keep coming back. more

Great customer relation with everyone 1/5/2011

I have never had any problems with the service, people, or repairs at Fladeboe VW. I'm not sure of the other person's review but all I had was a great customer relation with everyone I was in contact with including the tech and the manager. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a VW! more

Fladeboe consistently has the most reasonable service prices 12/27/2010

I used to go to Commonwealth for my service, but after being ridiculously overcharged there a few times, I started calling around. Fladeboe consistently has the most reasonable service prices in the area. I have priced the dealers in the area, and their prices are always less. The workers are courteous and quick. They'll also give you a ride to the Spectrum if you want something to do while you wait. more

I would like to heartily recommend Tom Bruck, of the service staff, for his friendly, detail-oriented service, honesty and conscientious call-backs (a first for anywhere). Yes, it can be a bit pricey for more basic service (oil changes and other minimal checks), but the staff is very friendly and up-front about the services and technical details. I have had very good service with these guys. more
