Let me tell you about my experience with Dr. Tierney of Northeast Veterinary Association of Belmont N.H. \r I Had just lost my best of 13 years that was a westy to a pack of coyotes in the morning\r I noticed that my other best friend a lab had his dew claw hanging off his hind leg\r I called northeast Veterinary Association at 4:45 pm to discuss what i should do\r I introduced my self, as i have been a long time customer\r I was told that all i needed to do was cut it off, seeing it was just hanging by a tread and i and the dog would be all set.\r I asked if i could come in to have them do it, they said if you could be here very soon that would be ok\r My son and I rushed over to Northeast Veterinary Association to be greeted by a nurse.\r In comes Dr. Tierney to look at problem, i had explained about my other dog that had the episode with the coyotes earlier in the day, I received NO response from the HEARTLESS DR. A+++++++ Vet! 11/6/2010

I have been a Lab breeder for nearly 15 years and found the world?s best vet 4 years ago. Dr. Tierney of Noreast Veterinary Associates keeps up with current animal treatments and practices Evidenced-based treatment. Not only is he an amazing veterinarian, but also a great man. As a client who frequently brings in new liters to get checked out, I feel I could call Dr. Tierney at any time for advice on my dogs or about any concerns I have. I receive continuous comments on by dogs, which I owe all to the care provided by Dr. Brian Tierney. more

Loved by all! 11/6/2010

If it was possible I would give Dr. Tierney a 10 star rating! His veterinary skills are unmatched, and I can not recommend another veterinarian that could even come close to comparing to his expertise. Not only does he seem to care about my dogs just as much as me, but he also provides the finest quality of care to my beloved Darcy and Mimzy. I am amazed during every visit his ability to connect with my dogs. The staff at Noreast Veterinary Associates also goes above and beyond to check in between visits. more

Isn't Smart enough to treat Pyometra in time. 11/3/2010

Let me start by saying I love animals and especially dogs. For 6 years my best friend and companion was a dog named Ruby. She cuddled with me everynight and greeted me with a wagging tail and kisses everytime I came home. She had one litter of puppies when she was younger, and my Dad decided he would try to get one more. \r \r She got extremely lethargic, and started bleeding from her privates excessively. My dad and I were so worried, but Brian Tierney just waved him off and told him it was his fault for trying for a litter of puppies, even though my Dad asked multiple times if it was safe to breed her. \r \r It turns out that my best friend Ruby had Pyometra and not only did Brian Tierney fail to act fast he showed no compassion or guilt for just allowing this disease to kill her. I'm only 19 years old. A couple days before we finally had to put her down, I read up on diseases for female dogs and stumbled upon it almost immeadiately. \r \r However Dr. Tierney didn't mention anything about more
