They do a nice car wash, but customer BEWARE if you have any damage done to your car while it is being washed. I have a liquid air freshener that was knocked out of the air vent during the interior cleaning. It was not noticed immediately that the air freshener was placed back in the vent upside down. The following day it was noticed and I immediately brought my car back to Nohl Ranch Car Wash. There is a trail of bubbled paint down from where the freshener was to the radio knob (that is also bubbled), and on down to top select button on the radio (this is frozen, it cannot be pushed in). I talked to the manager and then the owner. I was asked did I see the person cleaning my car do this ? I don?t stand behind the worker peering over his shoulder while he?s working. I was told my car had this damage already when it was brought in for the car wash ? the bubbled paint would have been wiped off when the interior was being cleaned if that was the case. The manager offered me a couple of free car washes. After speaking with the owner, he initially offered to maybe pay for half of the damage, but would not accept that his business caused the damage because the act could not be seen when reviewing the 24/7 camera. I asked to also review the camera footage and was told the feed was continuous and no longer available after 7 days. I submitted pictures of the damages along with an estimate. The owner will not call me back.
The measure of a good business is how they treat their customers, especially when there has been a negative experience at their business. The customer is how and why a business stays in business. I have been going to Nohl Ranch Car Wash for many years, but will not go back due to how they handle a customer complaint. I own a 2009 vehicle that now has damage because it was brought to Nohl Ranch Car Wash. The cost to repair the damage is $1600.00 because the radio and the damaged paint area are all one piece.
