I have been a customer of NSAC for many years and have to admit when Dr. Landwerlen bought the practice I was very leary when I took my 11 year old Lab Boomer to see him. To my surprise , he was very compassionate, thorough and took his time explaining to me what was wrong with her and what my options were.\r \r I didn't feel pressured to purchase this product, or that product, or try this drug or that drug. He helped me feel comfortable with my decisions about her care. Not to sound cold but 'all without having to re-mortgage the house'.\r \r I called him & his staff many times, over the course of several months and each time if he wasn't available, they would try to help me and if they couldn't, I was assured I'd get a return call from Dr. Landwerlen and I always did. \r \r I can't say enough about Dr. Landwerlen and the staff at Noblesvill Square Animal Clinic. more
